Military Tower Defense Android Game Review | TD Gaming
Military tower defense is exactly the game that it says that it is.
It’s just your basic tower defense game- it was developed by cash rewards mobile. I’ve never heard of cash rewards mobile before. But you can download for free in the Google play store.
Tower defense games weren’t really my thing for a long time. I used to play them. But we kind of had a falling out. I don’t even really play that many mobile games these days. Unless it’s something that specific to me that I want to play and I’ve been dying to play it for a long time, I usually don’t even bother with mobile games. So needless to say I didn’t go into this game expecting much at all.
The aesthetic of the game is your basic cartoony kind of colorful mobile type artwork. There are a few elements that don’t fit and such is the button that actually watches the app, and a load screen that doesn’t really match the cartoony style. The game itself is pretty vibrant and it there are a lot of colors to be seen, it’s not really the green and brown type of depressing not that I expected it to be. So yes that’s good.
Like all tower defense games the gameplay is actually pretty simplistic.
Actually leaves you wanting it to be a little bit more involved, even though it is everything you’d expect it to be it leaves you wanting a little tiny bit more. You build towers at setpoints on the map at the beginning of the game and that’s really about all there is to it. You just let the game run after you place a tower, and maybe you get a chance to upgrade it later. You can also drop special abilities, so there is that. You can drop in soldiers you can do airstrikes, or you can even fire satellite laser, or drop a bomb. Needless to say, the special abilities from the shop want to run out.
The game is basically supported by micro-transactions as well as ads. You can earn fuel for your stuff in the game by watching ads. Or you can buy fuel from the store. This led to play more levels in the game. Same thing goes for buying lasers or bombs or anything like that, you can either watch an ad or you can purchase it directly in the game store.
Want a game with no microtransactions? Check out Jamata Defense.
