There is an in game currency in Geometry Dash that you can get from opening chests, beating levels, and completing achievements. The shops have hundreds of things to buy varying from colors for your character, skins for the multiple different modes in the game, and effects that show up on screen. Some of the items that you purchase can be expensive but can really change the game experience. The game offers one main shop that appears on the main screen. However, there is a hidden shop that only some users know of. It is one of the many easter eggs that the game offers. The hidden shop has some of the best and coolest looking items to buy for cheap prices. The easter egg also has an extra level made by Robtop. Overall, the shops encourage you to keep playing and getting on the game daily to complete the daily challenges and open the daily chests.

Extra Modes

There are extra modes top play that are very difficult to complete but reward highly. One of the extra modes is map packs. The map pack mode has several different packs. Each pack has 3 levels. The levels that are in the packs together all have something in common whether it be difficulty, modes, or music. If you beat all the levels in a specific pack, you get a chest with various items. If you beat all of the packs, you get an even larger reward. The game also has a Gauntlet mode. This is similar to map packs except each gauntlet has 5 levels and the levels are grouped by colors and themes. The rewards are even higher for gauntlets because they are much harder.
